oven fried fish2 pounds fish fillets
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
milk
Seasoned flour (to your taste) or fine dry seasoned breadcrumbs
1/2 stick butter melted
Preheat oven 500 degrees, placing the a oven rack at the very top
Cut fish into serving size pieces
Combine milk and salt and pepper
Dip the fish into the milk, then roll into the flour or breadcrumbs
Place the fish in a well buttered baking dish, one layer
Pour the melted butter over the fish

Bake 10-12 minutes or fish flakes when tested with a fork
